When you have a baby there is no denying the shops are full of all kinds of outfits for them.
The choice is endless and while they can look very cute all dressed up, time and time again I must admit I have preferred to dress my babies in simple, comfortable and practical outfits.
I didn’t overspend on clothes when I was expecting Jasper, I made sure he had a good selection of rompers, sleepsuit’s and vests and this was pretty much how I dressed him up until he was a good few months old.
There is something to be said for the ease of dressing these clothes give you when you are dealing with tiny arms and legs and possibly multiple changes in a day. Another thing for me is, babies spend a huge amount of their time sleeping and are always lying down, I couldn’t bring myself to dress them in anything with pockets or zips or elasticated waist bands and I much prefer them to be wearing light cotton fabric that can easily be layered.
I just love the simple yet fun designs and the quality is amazing. Jasper is a messy eater and one of the white babygro’s we had got a stain on it, after multiple washes and scrubbing it is still as soft as ever and the design isn’t faded at all. I have had so many comments on the design and other Mum’s have asked where I got them from, which speaks volumes!
