Finally, FINALLY, we can put our coats away.
And scarves and hats, if you are particularly adverse to the cold as I am.
Today I embraced the sunshine with bare arms, one, for the novelty of it and two, I don’t really have an in-between kind of jacket.
You know what I mean, I’ve got my coat and a thick leather look jacket with a sheepskin style lining, but I don’t have a light, throw on jacket for these days that can be so changeable.
I think it may be time I got my hands on something I have been wanting for so long! A bomber!
I just love them, I used to own 3 or 4 but they have been misplaced here or there as a lot of my must loved clothes from the past have.
I am so torn as to which one to go for! I want them all and then some besides.
Starting left and working clockwise-
This Nude suedette bomber from boohoo.com is just delightful! I love the beautiful pink color and it looks so so soft. The best bit for me is those elasticated cuff sleeves, so cute rolled up the arm.
Next is a complete showstopper. The sequin jacket is from Topshop. What is not to love and adore. This could be worn with jeans, a t-shirt and flats and would look the dream daytime outfit but at the same time can dress up your look for a night out.
I really love the polka dot print bomber from Stradivarius. I have just recently discovered this brand and oh my days am I so glad! The entire bomber collection is out of this world, this one stood out for me as I am a die hard polka dot fan!
I think this reversible bomber from Zara is beautiful and it kind of reminds me of a Pink Lady style jacket (Grease!) I love that it is reversible because isn’t that just like a 2 for 1! And I love a bargain. The embroidery and the colors are so great for spring and summer.
The metallic khaki jacket from River Island is definitely one of my faves. Something like this can be worn forever and ever and look good.
The New Look tropical print bomber is so simple and casual and the colors are just gorgeous. You could actually wear this with anything and it would look lovely.
So there are my picks of the best bomber jackets, which is your favorite? Or do you already own a drop dead gorgeous bomber? Let me know below!
